Channel Islands CA senior Ricardo Torres won the Ventura County title and Simi Valley CA senior Andrew Teasdale placed second in the boys varsity 3-mile race at Lake Casitas in Ojai, Calif. Torres, third last year, clocked 15:41.9 and Teasdale ran 15:49.9 to improve from fifth last season.
